What needed to change

A new CTRM platform needed specialist Power BI reporting for middle-office, compliance, finance, and trading users, with reliable data flows and near-real-time visibility across multiple report types.

The reporting layer sat inside a broader CTRM rollout with multiple teams aligning data structures, latency expectations, and business definitions.

  • Multiple delivery parties had to agree on source data availability, business rules, and reporting expectations.
  • The reports needed to support both operational monitoring and finance-facing analysis on a newly implemented platform.

How the work was handled

Owned the Power BI reporting workstream end to end: wireframes and report design, semantic model and DAX implementation, test cases, and go-live support. Coordinated with business users, technical teams, and the CTRM vendor on data availability and business logic.
